End-to-end design leadership across platforms for the Investment product within the banking ecosystem
Built and led Investment services across a multi-channel ecosystem, including investment app, mobile banking, web platforms, personal investment accounts, and admin tools. Built and led a design team; owned and scaled the design system.
Redesign Investment app
I joined the company when they only had a few outdated layouts in XD that didn’t match the main banking application system. I had to build everything from the ground up, working alone.
My first task was to create a bridge between the main app and the investment app, making the experience consistent and modern. The goal was a seamless transition, as entry points to the investment app were planned to be integrated directly into the main banking application to attract clients.

The next big step was to build a scalable design system to share with the design team, which kept growing over time.

Results
As a result of my work, the company now has a stable and competitive investment product used by millions of people, supported by a well-coordinated team and a robust design system

Anna joined the GPB Broker team as the first designer for our digital products. She played a key role in creating a modern design for both the mobile app and web platform, which required very different functionality and customer journeys.
From day one, Anna demonstrated a high level of professionalism and engagement. She worked very closely with key business stakeholders, while also learning the fundamentals of financial markets and the brokerage business. In 2022, we faced challenges that significantly affected the bank’s plans and required us to adapt and respond quickly. Anna supported us with outstanding design leadership during this period.
Anna was also deeply involved in collaborating with the Gazprombank design community. She led the addition of all processes for opening and funding brokerage accounts within Gazprombank’s flagship application.
In many ways, thanks to Anna’s contribution, we were able to transform GPB’s brokerage business into a fully digital one.
