As a Senior Product Designer, I designed a pension transfer service to a Sberbank card integrated with the Government Services Portal. The project targeted a new audience for Sberbank — users aged 60+ in the Sberbank Online — with a focus on a simple, fully remote pension transfer experience from home.

Collaboration with the government platform
Since the ability to transfer a pension was developed in collaboration with the State Services portal, users must be registered on the portal to access the service. All personal data must be accurate and up to date. If the data does not match, the process cannot continue until the information is updated. Appropriate error screens will guide the user in such cases.

Specially for flow, a new element was developed with the working name "CLADER"

Transferring a pension to Sberbank is a rather complicated technical process, which has several steps. It is important to check all the personal data about which we inform the user on the success screen.

Enabled pensioners to transfer and receive pensions via Sberbank cards, increasing the audience by over 40 million users.

Collaborated with Gosuslugi to enable fast, accessible utility bill payments and other services via the app.

Built strong connections with government services, started collaboration with pension transfers and later expanding to passport reissuance and other public services.

Launched a new payment system — MIR. Initially developed specifically for pension payments, but following the events of February 2022, it became the sole operating payment system in Russia, used by the entire population.

We worked with Anna together in Sberbank, the largest bank in Russia, and we were making its official mobile application - Sberbank Online. Anya was working on complex parts of our mobile application, for example, a bundle of a bank and electronic services of the government, ordering bank cards, including a virtual bank card, and also a marketplace.
In addition, Anna and I were studying at one of the best schools in Russia in product design, Yandex Mobile Design School. I got to school, also thanks to Anna and her advice. And it was the coolest experience in my design education.
In general, Anna is a responsible and versatile developed designer with a good product background. She has good experience working with different companies and on different projects. I like that she has repeatedly engaged in her design education.
